2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

On May, 11^st, 2022, at Company's headquater office, Tan Hiep Water held the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders with the full

attandance of all 3 Shareholders, representing 24,000,000 shares.

Madam Pham Minh Hong - the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors opened the General Meeting of Shareholders and approved the

meeting agenda.

In 2021, the economy continued to face numerous difficulties and challenges, while the pandemic evolved unpredictably and strongly affected

the global economic and social landscape. However, with the efforts of the Executive Board and all Company staff, and with the unanimous

support of the Shareholders, the Company proactively developed an appropriate operational plan, enabling it to complete the 2021 production

targets and set the strategic direction for 2022.

Following the discussions and the goals, targets, and solutions proposed for 2022, the General Meeting of Shareholders approved all

resolutions, and the meeting concluded successfully.
